Find the fake cell tower while it is still running
It tracks the phones around it and sends scam texts that steal identities and money. Kingfisher shows you where it is.
Criminals Are Already Using Rogue Base Stations
Rogue base stations include SMS blasters that send scam texts.
International law-enforcement cases show the criminal side of the problem. In 2024, New Zealand Police and the Department of Internal Affairs disrupted an SMS-blaster operation. Police said the false cell tower was believed to have sent thousands of scam messages, including around 700 in one night.1 In September 2026, City of London Police reported the sentencing of an offender whose vehicle contained an active SMS-blaster system used to send malicious messages while bypassing normal mobile-network safeguards.2

One or More Units. One Operating Picture.
Kingfisher is the portable detection unit. Each unit monitors the cellular environment, networks with other Kingfisher units and sends data to Kingfisher Watch.
Kingfisher Watch is the command platform. It provides live maps, heatmaps of cellular activity, a security operations center (SOC) dashboard, dispatch and multiple display options.
Kingfisher Watch and all collected data are on your own systems, and you own and control it. Kingfisher units are remote sensors and do not store data.
Kingfisher monitors cellular infrastructure, not individual phones.

From Detection to Action
Detect → Profile → See → Decide → Respond
Kingfisher units do the field work. Each unit watches the cellular environment around it, shares what it sees with neighboring Kingfisher units and sends its data to Kingfisher Watch.
Kingfisher Watch does the command work. It uses that data from all of the units and shows your team the protected area as it is right now. The map shows where activity is occurring, heatmaps help reveal patterns, and the SOC dashboard keeps each event organized for your security team.
The goal is a clear, live view your team can act on, with your data under your control.
Built for Diverse Missions
Law Enforcement
Add a cellular detection layer to real-time crime centers, major events and public-safety operations.
Armed Forces
Monitor the cellular environment around installations, personnel, training areas and sensitive operations.
Intelligence
Add cellular visibility around sensitive operations, protective missions and countersurveillance work.
Federal Infrastructure
Watch the cellular environment around federal buildings and compounds, onshore and offshore.
Corporate Security
Give your global security operations center (GSOC) a view of the layer that cameras, access control and cyber tools miss.
Private Assets / Estates
Extend protection into the cellular environment around residences, estates, vehicles and travel.
Detection, Validation and Localization
Spotting an unusual signal is only the start. A good detection system also has to show whether that signal is truly out of place and where it is coming from. Kingfisher treats detection, validation and localization as separate problems. See Profiling and Validation and Kingfisher Network.
Why Kingfisher
Kingfisher is named after the bird known for its ability to precisely locate and capture its target. In the same way, the Kingfisher system identifies, tracks, and exposes rogue cellular systems hiding within legitimate networks targeting unsuspecting victims.
